They have been completely renovated and brought up to date and there are 1 outdoor balconies of 24 feet long with a magnificient view on Magnolia lake or on the city. Many activities are offered at the same site, such as swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, BBQ with patio set, sets os washer and dryer on each floor and much more!
Besides all that we are close ... Beaches, golf courses, casino, bike paths, hiking trails, outlet with walking distance in West Palm Beach, etc. The complex is also close to amenities (pharmacies, grocery stores, '' liquor store '' and stores).
