Cancellation policy
No refund for cancellations made less than 90 days of the arrival date. Fees equivalent to 1/3 of the reservation price are required for all cancellations made more than 90 days of the arrival date.
A 1/3 or 50% deposit (of the total reservation price) is required maximum 10 days after the reservation date (payable by check). ALSO, IN THE SAME ENVELOPPE, the remaining 50% of the reservation price must be included (payable by check). The check must be postponed to 45 days before the arrival date. If your arrival date is in less than 45 days when you reserve, you must do one check.
